Billing

PLEASE NOTE:

• Our standard appointments are 15 minutes, if you have multiple issues or if you need more than 15 minutes appointment time, then please speak to our friendly staff and book for Long Consult to avoid any disappointment. It will help your doctor to run his/her appointments on time.
• If you need to discuss about another family members condition with doctor, then please speak to our reception staff prior, so appropriate appointment can be made.

Other Fees:

Private Fee will apply where a service is not directly bulk billed to the patient. These include;

• Non Medicare card holder weekdays fees $115/$70
• Transfer of medical record to another clinic $30
• WorkCover w/o a claim number
• Appointment Non-Attendance/ Late Cancellation $30
• Treatment room charges
• If you are referred to a specialist, most specialist DO NOT bulk bill, so ensure you have asked for the cost of consultation before appointment

Work Cover and TAC:

Work Cover and TAC consultations will be billed according to WorkCover and TAC Schedule Fees. Payments payable on the same day after consultation.

DNA (Did-Not-Attend) Policy:

Effective from 1^st of December 2022, To minimize non-attendance and late cancellation, clinic has introduced DNA Policy.

Please note following DNA Fees:

Standard Appt. (10 min.)	1st DNA/late cancellation in 3 months period.   Please give at least 2 hours’ notice to avoid DNA.	No Fee
Standard Appt. (10 min.)	2nd and/or subsequent appointments DNA/late cancellation in a 3 months period.   Please give at least 2 hours’ notice to avoid DNA.	$30 Fee
Long Consult (20 min.)	12 hours’ notice	$30 Fee
Skin Check (30 min.)	12 hours’ notice	$30 Fee
Iron Infusion (1 Hour)	12 hours’ notice	$30 Fee
Procedure (30 min – 1 Hour)	12 hours’ notice	$30 Fee

All DNA accounts need to be fixed before your next consult.
